Carla Diana is a designer/programmer focused on the balance between the technical and the creative. Much of her work deals with interactive audio-visual experiments, where user responses are translated into shifting melodies and dynamic graphics. Her interactive projects have been featured in both online and traditional gallery settings, and she was selected by the Art Director's Club as a "Young Gun" in 2001. Her latest piece, repercussion.org, has been selected the winner in the Experimental category in the Flash Forward Film Festival SF for 2003. Her work experience includes designing for DDB Digital, Karim Rashid Design, and Scholastic.

She was co-head of the NY office of theFurious.com, whose clients ranged from filmmaker Atom Egoyan to Ford Motors. Originally from NYC, Carla is currently Professor of Interactive Design at Savannah College of Art and Design. She has an MFA in Design from Cranbrook Academy of Art and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the Cooper Union.
