For the past four years Lew Willig has been a Sr. Art Director at TBWA/Chiat/Day/SF working on such showcase accounts as Adidas, Sony Playstation, Levis, Rock the Vote, Pets.com, and others.
After graduating from Syracuse University with degree in Advertising Design, Lew cut his teeth at a small aggressive shop in NYC, Holland Advertising as a one-man Art Department. In 1996 he joined J.Walter Thompson/SF. After working on Nestle, Chevron, The California State Lottery and other accounts, Lew began freelancing at such agencies as McCann Erickson, Anderson / Lembke, and DSW & Partners. He soon landed at Chiat/Day/SF producing work for Levis Silvertab.
His awards include The One Show, The SF show, The Belding Awards and others. This year Lew's campaign for "Ratchet and Clank", a Sony Playstation title, was shortlisted for both Cannes and the One Show. And most recently, Lew was interviewed by VH1 for his work on pets.com. The interview will be included in a VH1 segment The "50 Greatest Commercials of All Time".
